<br /> areas include physical modelling of hydraulic systems, sampling methods for monitoring solid waste landfills,
<br /> monitoring runoff from agricultural watersheds, hydrology of strip mined lands, and effects of river traffic on
<br /> sediment transport rates. At present,research emphasis is on lake sedimentation processes, sediment transport, and
