or about the operation of the leased coach and shall save and keep harmless the LESSOR from any and all damages, judgments, costs and expenses of every kind that may arise or result by reason of the negligence of LESSEE or the employees of LESSEE by reason of, growing out of, or connected with the operation of the leased vehicle and the carrying out of the terms and provisions of this Agreement. J. The LESSEE hereby assumes and shall bear the entire risk of loss, theft, destruction, or damage to the leased vehicle. In the event of damage, the LESSEE shall immediately make arrangements for repair at its own expense or the LESSOR may repair the damage and then bill LESSEE for the work. In the event of irreparable damage, loss, theft, or destruction, LESSEE shall at LESSEE's option either: (a) replace such bus with an equivalent bus satisfactory to LESSOR: or(b)purchase such bus within ten (10) days of said destruction or damage in its then condition for $3,000. 5. LESSOR'S OBLIGATIONS: The LESSOR hereby leases to LESSEE, and LESSEE hires from LESSOR, for the period and upon the terms and conditions herein set forth, the used coach set forth, for purposes of identification below: One (1) 1979 Flxible, Model 870, Two Door Transit Coach Serial Number 90922, Bus #9923 Other obligations of the LESSOR shall be as follows: A. The LESSOR shall obtain any and all license plates, tags, or registration required for operation of said coach. B. The LESSOR shall keep and maintain the leased coach and all equipment thereon in good repair, condition and working order. C. The LESSOR shall furnish all fuel, oil, parts and supplies in connection with the operation and maintenance of the leased coach. D. The LESSOR shall garage the leased vehicle at the facilities of the Decatur Public Transit System and have the coach available for use by the LESSEE each day.
