D. The LESSEE'S driver shall report any mechanical problems <br /> with the leased coach to the maintenance department of the <br /> Decatur Public Transit System within four hours of the <br /> occurrence. <br /> E. The LESSEE shall report any accidents involving the leased <br /> vehicle or any damage to the vehicle by passengers or others <br /> to the Decatur Public Transit System within 24 hours of the <br /> occurrence. <br /> F. The LESSEE's driver shall inspect the coach each morning <br /> before pull-out to insure that the lights, wipers, brakes, <br /> turning signals and other systems are in proper working <br /> condition. Any defects shall be reported to transit system <br /> maintenance personnel. <br /> G. The LESSEE, or its employees, shall pick up the coach <br /> each day at the facilities of the Decatur Public Transit <br /> System at 100 Industry Court and shall return it to the <br /> same location. <br /> H. The LESSEE shall provide adequate insurance and shall <br /> assume all liability associated with its operation of the leased <br /> coach. The insurance contract shall protect both the <br /> LESSEE and the LESSOR against any claim, demand or <br /> loss for injury to persons or damage to property resulting <br /> from, growing out of or connected with the operation of said <br /> coach or any act or omissions to act by LESSEE or any of <br /> LESSEE's employees which said contracts of insurance shall <br /> provide comprehensive general liability insurance which , <br /> includes Bodily Injury and Property Damage with combined ' <br /> single limits of$500,000 and umbrella liability in an amount �!� <br /> of not less than $1 million except that this obligation shall I <br /> not required LESSEE to furnish insurance against injury to � <br /> persons or damage to property caused by the negligence of the <br /> LESSOR, the transit system, or their employees. Evidence <br /> of said insurance coverage shall be furnished to the LESSOR <br /> upon request. <br /> L The LESSEE shall, at its own expense, defend all suits that inay <br /> be brought against the LESSOR on account of, or in connection <br /> with, or by reasons of any damage or injury to life, limb or <br /> property connected with, growing out of or caused by any act <br /> or omission to act of LESSEE or any employee of LESSEE in <br />
