Soules shall provide bird repellent services to all praperties owned by the City located <br /> within the boundaries set out in paragraph 2 hereof. Said services shall be those determined to be <br /> necessary in the sal�discr��ic�n pf�aules ta elirt�it�at��h� n�i�nme and unsanitary accum�latian <br /> qf birds 9n�ity prop�rty; prpvided that, suCh s�rvi��s ar�in stri�t�9m�li�nce with all appli�able <br /> Federal, Sta.te and City statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, including but not limited to <br /> environmental and conservation laws, and further provided that such services do not constitute a <br /> nuisance�a abutting prap�rty c�w�n�rs pr the �ubti�. <br /> 2. The area within which S�ul�s sh�ll prqvide bird repellent s�rvi�es, as discussed�b9ve, <br /> is that area bounded by Cerro Gordo Street on the north, Franklin Street on the east, VVood <br /> Street on the south and Church Street on the west. <br /> �: Th�bir�rep�ll�nt s�rvices�a be pravided by�c�ul�s, as r�quired h�r�by, shall b�gin <br /> nqt lat�r than Octpb�r l, 1999, and shall continue through ��pt�mb�r 30, 2002. <br /> 4.
