5. If a�y portio�of t�e area described in paragraph 2 hereof is included in a s ecial <br /> P <br /> services area established by the City Council, effective during the term of this Agreement, , <br /> Pursuant to 35 ILCS 200/27-5 et seq., and payments for bird repellent services are included in <br /> the scope of such special service area,then any such special service payments to Soules for I' <br /> services in such area shall be credited to the City against an_y indebtedness otherwise due �' <br /> hereunder. It is expressly agreed that Soules shall not receive in excess of Thirty-six Thousand ' <br /> Dollars ($36,OQ0) from the City for bird repellent services in said described area during the term <br /> hereof, whether from payments hereunder, special service area revenues or any combination <br /> thereof. <br /> 6.
