� The documents shall be prepared for selection of private construction <br /> contractors on a competitive bid basis. <br /> 2. Prepare one contract for performance of all construction work, including �II <br /> equipment procurement. <br /> 3. Prepare an opinion of probable construction cost for the proposed work <br /> covered by the contract documents. Updated versions of the opinion of <br /> probable construction cost shall be presented for review at 30 percent, 60 <br /> percent, and 90 percent project completion stage and after the contract <br /> documents are completed. <br /> 4. Review contract documents for completeness, biddability, and <br /> constructability. <br /> 5. Provide three sets of drawings and specifications to Owner for review at <br /> 30 percent, 60 percent, and 90 percent project completion and after the <br /> contract documents are completed to the point where the final formal <br /> review processes by Owner and IEPA can begin. <br /> 6. Following Owner's review of the completed contract documents, meet with <br /> Owner to obtain Owner's comments and to resolve any questions. <br /> 7. After the conference with Owner, make any necessary modifications and <br /> submit three sets of revised contract documents to IEPA for review and <br /> two sets to Owner for record. <br /> 8. Attend one meeting in to discuss the documents with IEPA officials. <br /> 9. After receipt of IEPA review comments and Owner's comments on final <br /> documents, revise if necessary and resubmit if necessary three sets to <br /> IEPA and two sets to Owner. <br /> 10. Upon completion of the review of the contract documents, review the <br /> opinion of probable construction cost, and revise and expand as required. <br /> 11.
