District Project <br /> Contract for Consultant Services <br /> Gentlemen & Gentlewomen: <br /> This contract letter is written as requested by City Attorney Mr. John W. Couter and Mr. A.J. <br /> Krieger during a meeting at the City of Decatur on October 12, 1999 for planning and technical <br /> assistance services for the Olde Towne Redevelopment T.I.F. District project. The meeting <br /> was also attended by Kristen E. Fligel and W.F.
