6. Comp�nsatioNReimbursements <br /> a. Mana�ement Fee. City agrees to pay to Manager as compensation for Manager's m�nagement ' <br /> services rendered during the term of this Agreement the foilowing sums: ', <br /> PERIOD FE� <br /> December 1, 1999—June 30, 2001 $6,833.�5 per month <br /> Juty 1, 2p01 —June 30, 2002 (if exercised by C'rty) $7,083.33 per month <br /> July 1, 2002--Jun� 3p, 2003 (if exercised by City) $7,333.33 per month <br /> July 7, 20Q3—June 30, 2044(if exercised by City) $7,583.33 per month <br /> City shait make total paymen�ts to Manager on or befo�^e the 10"' day foHowing receipt of the invoice <br /> therefor. In the event this agreement becomes ef�ective or terminates other than on the first 4r last day <br /> of a c�lendar month, the fee due to Manager shafl be prorated on a daily basis. <br /> 7. Re�enue <br /> All revenue derived from the operation of the System whether from passengers or from other sources <br /> shall be and remains from the receipt thereof the sole property of City. The handling and tr�a#ment of all <br /> revenue, includ'mg the accounting therefar, shall be as directed by City. Manager on behalf of City, shaH <br /> receive, coHect and deposit aA revenue as directed by�ity. <br /> 8. Workins� Capital/Expenses <br /> City shall be responsibl� for and pay all expenses incurred in cor�nection with the System. AN <br /> autharized expenses shaN be an oblig�tion of and paid by City. f# also is unders#ood and agreed that <br /> the term expenses shall include aU p�st, present and future pension, including, without iimitation, liability <br /> for vested, but unfunded or underfunded benefits, payable by City or an account of the �ystem (as <br /> constituted past, ptesent and futurej. <br /> 9. M�terials, Equipment an�Faciiities <br /> City shall provide, at City's expense, office, g�rage, p�rking and s#orage facilities, motarcaaches, <br /> inventory of motorcoach parts and supplies, shop and garage equipment, office equipment�nd all other <br /> assets and faalities neceasary or appropri�te for operation of System. Att assets and propeRies <br /> fumished by City hereunder shaH be and remain the sole property of City. <br /> 4 <br />
