� . <br /> 10.2 The City agrees to pay the Contractor a sum of$5.50 for recyc�ing bins provided to <br /> residents either for replacement or for new service. <br /> 10.3 The City and the Contractor hereby agree that the total collection routes contain <br /> approxirriately 28,005 dwellings. At least once every three(3) month period commencing <br /> October 1, 1999 and continuing during the term of this agreement, the Recycling Coordinator <br /> shall review the number of dwellings existing on said collection routes. The City shall revise the <br /> number of dwellings upon said review. Any such revision shall be effective commencing for the <br /> next full month following the month in which the revision is made until any subsequent revision. <br /> 10.4 All payment to be made as required by this Section hereof sha11 be made ten working days <br /> after receipt by the City of the monthly reports required by Section VIII. <br /> 10.5 Any payment due the Contractor under this Section sha11 be reduced by any liquidated <br /> damages due under Section XII.7 hereof, and by any costs and expenses, and interest thereon, due <br /> to the City pursuant to Section XI. <br /> 10.6 No claim for services furnished by Contractor but not specifically provided for herein need <br /> be paid by the City. <br /> XI. INSURANCE, BOND <br /> 11.1 Contractor shall carry all insurance required by law or which would nonnally be expected <br /> for the business of recycling. Proof of insurance shall be submitted before an agreement or <br /> contract is final. Contractor shall carry at its own expense, at least the following insurance <br /> coverage: <br /> • worker's compensation and occupational disease insurance - statutory amount for Illinois <br /> • general liability insurance - <br /> Bodily injury with limits of not less than$1,000,000 each occurance/$2,000,000 <br /> aggegate; <br /> Property damage with limits of not less than$1,000,000 each occurance/$2,000,000 <br /> aggregate; and <br /> . Contractual insurance -broad form with limits of not less than$1,000,000 each <br /> occurance/$2,000,000 aggregate; <br /> • automotive liability insurance- <br /> Bodily injury and property damage with limits of not less than$1,000,000 combined <br /> single limit; and property damage must include non-owned, hired, leased or rented <br /> vehicles as well as owned vehicles <br /> 11.2 Umbrella(Excess)Liability: Any policy shall provide excess limits over and above the <br /> other insurance limits stated herein. The Contractor may purchase insurance for the full limits <br /> 11 <br />
