This step includes identifying the approximate location area for a water storage <br /> facility, if needed, and the general system needs for it to function. <br /> l. ADM interim and permanent demands. <br /> 7. Prepare a draft report summarizing results of the study with recommendations and <br /> estimates of probable construction cost. <br /> 8. Meet with City staff to review draft report and obtain comments. <br /> 9. Finalize report and provide 50 final copies plus one unbound copy. <br /> 10. Project scope includes one additional working meeting in Decatur. The timing and topic <br /> of this meeting will be determined during the course of the study. <br /> Service Elements Not Included <br /> The following services are not included under the scope of this Agreement. If such services are <br /> required of the ENGINEER, they shall be provided by an amendment to the Agreement or <br /> through a separate Agreement with the OWNER. <br /> 1. Original Distribution Model Creation. The PROJECT fees do not include the cost of <br /> creating the distribution model from existing "paper" maps. Use of an existing <br /> distribution model in a useable electronic format shall be provided by the OWNER. <br /> (Future reinforcements and facility improvements shall,however,be added to the model <br /> by the ENGINEER.) <br /> 2. Pipe Roughness Tests. The PROJECT fees do not include the cost of performing"pipe <br /> roughness" or C-Factor tests in the field. <br /> 3. Design or Construction Services. The PROJECT fees do not include any detailed facility <br /> design or construction services. These services could include preliminary layouts, <br /> archaeolo ical or wetland investi ations flood studies,hazardous contamination reviews, <br /> g g � <br /> or detailed sitin investi ations. <br /> g g <br /> 4. Additional Services: <br /> a. Additional work outside of the project scope. <br /> b. Services and/or expense above denoted allowance accounts. <br /> c.
