ATTACHMENT C <br /> CITY'S RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> Owner: City of Decatur, IL <br /> Project: South Water Treatment Plant <br /> RO/IX Evaluation <br /> Engineer: Black&Veatch Corporation <br /> For services covered by this Agreement, Owner agrees to furnish, at no expense to Engineer, the <br /> following items: <br /> A. Drawings, reports, records, audits, annual reports, and other data that are available <br /> in the files of Owner and which may be useful in the work involved under this <br /> agreement. <br /> B. Access to public and private property when required in performance of Engineer's <br /> services. <br /> C. Work area at the South Water Treatment Plant for Engineer during study. <br /> D.
