E%HIBIT 2 <br /> The following-described functions ( "records function" ) <br /> describe generally those tasks to be performed by the County and <br /> the Sheriff, and concern activities of the City's Police and Fire <br /> Departments and the Macon County Sheriff's Office. The intent is <br /> to describe functional duties and responsibilities rather than <br /> specific actions, and this Exhibit shall not be construed as <br /> excluding certain actions or tasks merely because they are not <br /> expressly listed herein if the same are necessary to fulfill a <br /> listed duty or responsibility. All listed duties are to be <br /> performed by the County and the Sheriff - the description of same <br /> as either "City" or "County" is for ease of reference only and <br /> refers to the party which performed the duty prior to the effective <br /> date of this Agreement: <br /> Process Freedom of Information requests. <br /> Process Subpoenas of records . <br /> Provide background information for the following: <br /> a. raffle ticket licenses <br /> b. liquor licenses <br /> c . taxi licenses <br /> Maintain accident records. <br /> Court Ordered expungements . <br /> Provide record information. <br /> Perform UCR entries . <br /> File persons wanted documents . <br /> File traffic citations (Decatur Police Department) . <br /> Processing of completed finger print cards. <br />
