10. The City will cooperate with the County to ensure that Mobile Data Computers, radios <br /> and mobile radio modems utilized in the Mobile Data Computer program which have been <br /> provided to the County by the City are covered under existing warranties until the end of those <br /> e�sting warranties. <br /> 11. It is also understood between both parties, regarding a clarification of the master <br /> agreement regarding LEADS and NCIC communication, that it is not the intent of the parties to <br /> transfer duties which have been performed by the Macon County Sheriffs Office Records division <br /> to the Decatur Police Communications Division, and that no part of E�ibit 3 of the master <br /> agreement will be so interpreted. <br /> 12. The City may at its discretion allow the County to utilize City owned equipment, however, <br /> the indemnity and hold harmless provisions of the master agreement shall apply to such use and <br /> the City is not required to provide equipment beyond the scope of what has already been agreed <br /> to. <br /> 13.
