The city will purchase eighteen ( 18) mobile display <br /> terminals for use by the County, including terminals/PCs, RF <br /> modems, data radios, antennae, cables and associated equipment, but <br /> maintenance, repair and replacement of same will be the <br /> responsibility of the County. <br /> 5 . OWNERSHIP AND CUSTODY. <br /> A. The County and the Sheriff shall have possession and <br /> custody of all records described on Exhibit 2 hereof, for purposes <br /> of this Agreement, but those records generated by the City and <br /> describing City activities, and all records which would have been <br /> considered City records prior to the effective date hereof, shall <br /> remain the property of the City, and the City shall be provided <br /> reasonable access to same. <br /> B. The City shall have possession and custody of the <br /> County generated communication records, including but not limited <br /> to the County Communications Lines, but those communication records <br /> generated by the County, and all records which would have been <br /> considered County records prior to the effective date hereof, shall <br /> remain the property of the County and the County and the Sheriff <br /> shall be provided reasonable access to the same. <br /> 6 . MANAGEMENT. In performing those functions assigned to <br /> each hereunder, the City, the County and the Sheriff shall each, to <br /> the extent permitted by law, retain complete jurisdiction and <br /> management control over their respective employees performing those <br /> tasks herein described, and such employees are not agents or <br /> - 3 - <br />
