Prime Contractor Participation. "The prime contractor shaIl pertorm on the site, w�ith his ow�n staff, work equivalent to at least 10 percent of the total amount of construction work at the site. Onlv pay items of the construction contract will be used in computin� the totaI amount of construction at the work site". 7. �udit and Ins�ection of Records. "The contractor shall pe:mit the authorized :e�resentatives of the Citv of Decatur, Illinois and the State ot Illinois to inspect and audit all data and records of the contractor relating to his performance under the contract."
