The contractor also a,orees to ensure, that all work perrormed under this contract inciuding work performed by a subconn-acr.or is in compliance with the staadards required by the Seismic Safety Re;ulations and the cerufication oi compliance issued on the project. 12. No Obiisation bv the Federal Government.
