Reimbursement <br /> shall be only for items and amounts actually paid and shall in no event exceed <br /> those rates or amounts previously from ti.me to time approved by the City. <br /> 7) Operator shall provide City with a policy in such amount and with such corporate <br /> surety as may be approved by City indemnifying City against dishonesty, <br /> defalcation, infidelity or shortage caused by Operator or any employee of <br /> Operator either individually or otherwise. . <br /> 8) Operator shall maintain, and furnish evidence of, a standazd worl�aen's <br /> compensation and employers liability policy of insurance conformin� to the <br /> requirements of applicable statute and covering all employees employed by <br /> Operators pursuant to its Agreement with the City. <br /> 9) If required by the City, Operator shall provide and keep in force and fumish <br /> evidence of, a contract or contracts of insurance with a reliable company or with <br /> reliable companies authorized to do business in the State of Illi.nois and approved <br /> by the City by which contracts both the Operator and the City are insured asainst <br /> any claim, demand or loss for injury to persons or damage to properry resultin� <br /> from, growing out of or connected with the management, supervision and <br /> operation of said transit system or its appurtenant facilities or either of them or <br /> any act or omissions to act by Operator or any of Operator's employees, which <br /> said contracts of insurance shall provide comprehensive general liability <br /> insurance which includes Bodily Injury and Property Damage with combined <br /> single limits of $1,000,000, comprehensive automobile liability which includes <br /> Bodily Injury and Property Damage with combined single limits of $1,000,000, <br /> and umbrella liability in an amount of not less than $10,000,000 except that th.is <br /> obligation sha11 not require Operator to fumish insurance against injury to persons <br /> or damage to property caused by the ne�li�ence of City or of its employees. The <br /> City may from time to time chanQe the aforesaid insurance requirements. <br /> 10) The Operator shall furnish fire and extended damage coverage in the amount of <br /> the full insurable value of each transit coach in the transit system with a <br /> deductible clause not to exceed �5,000.00. <br /> 11) In addition to the above specified forms of insurance coverage to be in effect <br /> durinj the term of its Agreement with the City, the Operator shall obtain any <br /> -4- <br />
