That no connection to the Town system for a water service or otherwise shall be made except <br /> by a plumber licensed by the State of Illinois or by an employee of the Town. <br /> 6. That the Town shall not furnish water service through its system to any premises unless said <br /> premises are served by and connected with a properly installed and operating sanitary waste disposal <br /> facility which may include a properly operating and installed septic tank system conforming with the <br /> specifications, standards and regulations of the State of Illinois regarding such systems. <br /> 7. (a) That during the term of this Agreement the City shall furnish to the Town treated and <br /> potable water from the water works system of the City, the delivery point whereof shall be at such point <br /> or points which may be mutually agreed upon by the parties in writing. The City and the Town further <br /> agree that the delivery point existing on January 1, 1999, shall be capped off and a new delivery point <br /> added as per plans and specifications approved by each, and the City shall reimburse the Town for <br /> one-half(1/2) of the cost of such construction plus Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000.00)in addition thereto; <br /> provided that, in no event shall the City be liable to the Town for any amount in excess of Twenty-Five <br /> Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) pursuant to this section. A quantity of water to be so fixrnished shall be <br /> limited to not to exceed an average of 500,000 gallons per day, calculated monthly, whether the same is <br /> delivered at one or more points of delivery, and the same shall be delivered by the City at a pressure of <br /> not less than 40 pounds static; subject, however,to the provisions of paragraph 14 hereof. <br /> (b) The Town shall notify the City's Water Distribution Office, located in the Municipal <br /> Services Center, not later than one (1) hour after any potable water treated by the City is placed into the <br /> Town's distribution system, and shall briefly explain such placement and use at such time. A fax will be <br /> deemed sufficient notice for purposes of this paragraph, however, the Town may provide notice by <br /> telephone to the City's Water Production Office (424-2834) during non-business hours at any time <br /> between the hours of 4:00 P.M. and 7:30 A.M. on weekdays, and at any time on Saturdays and Sundays. <br /> The fax number for the City's Water Distribution Office is 875-5756. <br /> 3 <br />
