That at said delivery point or points the Town shall furnish and install to City standards and <br /> � <br /> specifications metering and regulating devices which shall remain the property of the Town and by it <br /> made accessible to the City for reading and inspection. Said rnetering and regulating devices shall be <br /> sealed against tampering or unauthorized adjustment and shall be promptly tested at the expense of the <br /> Town from time to time u on re uest in writin from the Cit . ' <br /> p q b Y <br /> 9. The quantity of water furnished the Town by the City shall be determined monthly at such <br /> time during the month as shall be determined by the City. Within a reasonable time after the quantity of <br /> water furnished is determined, the City shall bill the Town and the Town shall, within thirty (30) days <br /> after the date of such bill, pay the City. The amounts charged the Town shall be determined by the <br /> application of the provisions of general ordinance from time to time passed by the Council of the City, <br /> which said amounts shall not exceed two times the water charges for non-domestic monthly services <br /> situated within the corporate limits of the City. <br /> 10. In the event that the Town shall fail to pay the City for water furnished within forty-five(45) <br /> days of the date of the bill for the same a penalty of two percent (2%) for each period of thirty(30) days <br /> or part thereof that the amount of such bill remains due and unpaid shall be added to the amount thereof <br /> and shall be paid by the Town. <br /> 11. In the event that restrictions upon the use of water, whether as to amount or type of use or <br /> otherwise, are established by the City for use of water furnished from the City water system during any <br /> period, the Town shall establish and enforce the same restrictions in a like manner for water furnished <br /> from the system of the Town during said period if the Town is using City water at that time pursuant to <br /> this Agreement. <br /> 12. As is currently ordained as to all water services furnished water from the water system of the <br /> City by the provisions of Chapter 64, Sections 18 and 19 of the City Code, the City may terminate the <br /> furnishing of water to the Town for non-payment of water charges as in said sections so provided, or as <br /> 4 <br />
