Any schedules that we receive which are incorrect or incomplete <br /> will be returned to Finance Department personnel for revisions. Any additional <br /> accounting work that we are requested to do will be the basis for a separate billing <br /> from the audit. <br /> • Any requested assistance with implementation of accounting pronouncements or <br /> with accounting issues is not included in the $35,41 I fee quoted above. Our fees <br /> for such assistance will be discussed with you at such time as a request for <br /> assistance is made and will be billed separately from the audit. <br /> • The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) will be drafted and typed in its <br /> entirety by Finance Department personnel. We will provide the required auditor's <br /> opinions and reports on the general-purpose financial statements and those <br /> required for Single Audit purposes for inclusion in the CAFR. <br /> • The attached letter summarizes other situations which may result in additional work <br /> by us. <br /> We reserve the right to suspend work if your account becomes overdue, and we may require <br /> that the amount be paid in full and/or a prepayment be made before continuing. In addition, any <br /> legal fees incurred by Olive in collection of amounts due will be added to your outstanding <br /> account balance. <br /> In compliance with the 1994 revision of Government Auditing Standards, a copy of our most <br /> recent peer review report is attached. <br /> We appreciate the opportunity to serve The City of Decatur and would be pleased to provide <br /> you with additional information regarding our engagement at your request.
