� I <br /> (4) Professional Liabilitv Insurance <br /> The Consultant shall maintain during the life of this contract, Professional <br /> Liability Insurance, for damages resulting from the Consultant's errors, omissions, <br /> or negligent acts. Such policy shall contain a limit of liability not less than one <br /> million dollars. <br /> (5) Minimum Scope of Insuran�e <br /> All liability insurance poli�ies shall be written on an "occurrence" basis only <br /> except professional liability which shall be written on a "claims made" basis. All <br /> insurance coverages are to be placed with insurers authorized to do business in the <br /> State of Illinois. <br /> B. Certificate of Insurance <br /> All certificates of insurance shall be filed with the Client on the standard <br /> ACCORD CERTIFICATE OF INSUR.ANCE form showing the specific limits of <br /> insurance coverage required by the preceding Sections 1-4, and showing the <br /> Client as an additional insured. Such certificates shall specifically state that <br /> insurance policies are to be endorsed to require the insi.uer to provide the Client <br /> thirty days, notice of cancellation, non-rene��al or any material reduction of <br /> insurance coverage. <br /> 14 <br />
