MINORITY BUSINESS ENTERPRISES <br /> The Consultant shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, sex, or national origin in <br /> the award and performance of contracts. Failure of the Consultant to carry out the <br /> requirements set forth above will constitute a breach of this agreement and may result in <br /> termination of this agreement by the Client or such remedy as the Client deems <br /> appropriate. <br /> XIX.
