I was asking if that was � <br /> 5 the time from when the call is received until the <br /> 6 time the cab arrives, or was that from the time <br /> 7 the call was dispatched until the call -- <br /> 8 MS . ECKART : Yes . Well, see, whenever <br /> 9 we -- I take the calls, I stamp them so we know <br /> 10 what time they come in, and then the dispatcher <br /> 11 stamps them again, so we know how long it takes . <br /> 12 Normally, when the weather is really bad, <br /> � 13 sometimes it does take a while, yes, but out at <br /> 14 that airport, they don' t wait that long. There <br /> 15 is no way. We try to get them as quick as <br /> 16 possible because most of those guys are on a <br /> 17 schedule when they come into town, you know, and <br /> 18 they go to Illinois Power, and they are on a <br /> 19 schedule . But, we try to get them as quick as we <br /> 20 can, and the only time I tell them, like, 30 <br /> 21 minutes to 45 minutes is like when a snow is <br /> 22 going on, and it ' s really bad or really backed <br /> 23 up . <br /> 24 MR.
