Subcontract and Grants. The Grantee's services, duties and responsibilities specified <br /> herein shall not be subcontracted or subgranted by the Grantee without prior written approval <br /> of the Department, unless such subcontracts or subgrants are provided for elsewhere in this <br /> Agreement. Any subcontracts or subgrants shall be subject to, and conform with all <br /> applicable State and Federal laws, and shall specifically provide that subcontractors or <br /> subgrantees are subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. <br /> -17- <br />
