This would be a sale of all of the <br /> recycling assets of Recycle Unlimited, Inc. After the sale, the corporation will cease <br />, to operate and will be dissolved. <br /> Therefore, in accordance with Section XIV Paragraph 14.4 of the Agreement <br /> between the City of Decatur and Recycle Unlimited, Inc. (Waste Recycling, Inc.)
