. . <br /> . � <br /> 11. The City will provide appropriate signage for the collection. <br /> 12. Friedman's shall be responsible for the transportation, processing, recycling, and/or <br /> disposal of all materials accepted at the collection. All �haterials accepted, to the extent possible, <br /> shall be recycled or reused. A bill of lading will be provided by Friedman's for the transporting <br /> of materials to an IEPA authorized facility. The payment of any and all fees associated with the <br /> transportation, processing and disposal/recycling of materials accepted shall be the responsibility <br /> of Friedman's. <br /> 13. Materials collected shall be appropriately contained and secured in a safe manner at <br /> the collection location and transported therefrom no later than 12:00 P.M. on November 2, 1998. <br /> During the time of storage Friedman's shall be responsible and insured for the storage of the <br /> materials. <br /> 14. Friedman's shall be responsible for damages and spills on public or private properly <br /> resulting from careless operation of vehicles or handling of receptacles. All property that suffers <br /> damage shall be repaired or replaced at no charge to the property owner. <br /> 15. Friedman's will oversee and insure that the collection is conducted in a safe and <br /> secure manner and be able to implement a safety plan in the event of an emergency. <br /> 16. Friedman's shall report to the C?ty the following information: total <br /> amount/containers of latex and oil based paint collected, amount of materials recycled or reused, <br /> amount of materials disposed, recycling/reuse and disposal locations, detailed tracking of the <br /> materials since leaving the collection, and an invoice for services rendered. <br /> 17. Friedman's shall submit Certificates of Insurance to the City, with the City and <br /> Illinois Power Company shown thereon as additional named insureds, and with such coverage <br /> and such policy limits as outlined in the Request for Proposal dated August 27, 1998, and as <br />
