This <br /> interim report will also identify implementation needs, costs, and schedule to complete Phase II <br /> (the individual watershed plans, CIP program, and final master plan report). Anticipated chapters <br /> in the interim report include: <br /> • Program Goals and Objectives <br /> • Stormwater Inventory <br /> • Early Action Projects <br /> • EPA NPDES Stormwater Program Compliance <br /> • Funding and Legal Authority Review <br /> • Watershed Planning Procedures and Priorities <br /> • Watershed Planning Implementation Schedules and Costs <br /> Work Tasks <br /> 11.1. Prepare a draft report incorporating the above program elements. <br /> 11.2. Submit five(5)copies of the draft report to the City for review and comments. <br /> 11.3. Incorporate comments from the City. <br /> 11.4.
