The Contractor shall perform all <br /> of the work required by the contract documents for the project, <br /> including the following: , <br /> (a) Specifications . Furnish all the materials and perform <br /> all the work to be performed as stated in the drawings, plans and <br /> specifications prepared by BBA Engineering, P.C. , Bloomington, <br /> Illinois, Engineers ( "Engineers" ) , acting for the Authority for <br /> heating, ventilating and air conditioning BAS replacement and <br /> control system upgrade in the main facility of the Authority <br /> located at One Gary R. Anderson Plaza, Decatur, Illinois (the <br /> "project" ) in accordance with the contract documents, including the <br /> drawings, plans and specifications, all of which are made a part <br /> hereof and incorporated herein. <br /> (b) � Agents . Employ such employees or agents at Contractor' s <br /> sole expense and without any expense or responsibility therefore to <br /> the Authority. <br /> (c) Quality. Perform all work to be performed hereunder in <br /> a workmanlike method. <br /> (d) Inspection. Permit the Authority or any agent thereof, <br /> including the Engineer, to inspect the site of the work on the <br /> premises by Contractor at any time for the purpose of determining <br /> that the project is being performed in accordance with the terms of <br /> this Contract. <br /> -3- � <br /> � <br /> � <br />
