� r <br /> (e) Completion. After receipt of all required government <br /> authority to perform the work in accordance with the contract <br /> documents, Contractor shall expeditiously complete all work <br /> required under the terms of this Contract in accordance with the , <br /> Owner' s Time Schedule (Exhibit 1) ("OTS" ) with all work involved in I <br /> the project completed on or before April 30, 1999 . The Contractor <br /> shall commence to perform the work in accordance with the terms of <br /> the OTS after the date a Notice to Proceed (Exhibit 3) is given by <br /> the Authority to the Contractor which will be after all appropriate <br /> contract documents have been signed or delivered, or both, as <br /> required herein. <br /> (f) Cleaninq Up. The Contractor shall keep the premises and <br /> surrounding work areas free from accumulation of waste materials or <br /> rubbish caused by operations under the Contract. At completion of <br /> the Work the Contractor shall legally remove from and about the <br /> Project waste materials, rubbish, the Contractor' s tools, <br /> construction equipment, machinery and surplus materials . <br /> (g) Warranty. <br /> (1) Warrant for a period of two years after the substantial <br /> completion of the performance of the project the good quality of <br /> the materials, labor, workmanship and completeness of the work <br /> performed. The Performance Bond shall remain in full force and <br /> effect through the guarantee and warranty period. ` <br /> (2) The Contractor agrees that he will at its e�ense, and <br /> without expense to the Authority, remove, repair or replace all <br /> -4- � <br /> { <br /> 1 <br />
