em lo r I p yees o otherwise for any purpose based upon age, sex, handicap, race, religion, creed, color or national origin. , ATE shall submit to City within 90 days after commencement of the term of this Agreement an Affirmative Action Plan for all employees of TMD in accordance with ordinances ' of City of Decatur. ATE shall also submit to the City within 90 days after commencement of the term of this Agreement, a comprehensive hiring policy manual which will set forth the hiring practices of TMD which are consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the hiring of employees. If ATE has previously satisfied the above requirements, it shall verify that those policies have been properly updated. 26. TMD shall employ only persons of good moral character and reputation and shall conduct an investigation of all prospective employees considered for employment subsequent to the initial hiring of personnel necessary for the performance of this Agreement. TMD shall fiunish the name and identity and resume of each employee to the City. The City shall have the right to direct the removal, for any reason, of any of contractors employees from any work assignment or from employment under the management agreement. 27. In addition to the reimbursement elsewhere provided for in this Agreement, City shall pay to ATE for operation,management and supervision services the following fees: 94 692 First Year of Agreement(July l, 1998 through June 30, 1999) 97 533 First Option Year of Agreement(July 1, 1999 through June 30, 2000) 100 454 Second Option Year of Agreement(July 1, 2000 through June 30, 2001) Payments are to be made in twelve monthly installments on or before the 15th day of each calendar month during the term of this Agreement, provided that the City receives an invoice from ATE for such services 10 days prior to the 15th day of each month. 10
