The second workshop will be devoted to a <br /> presentation and discussion of the draft final report. Comments <br /> received from participants of the workshop will be considered in <br /> preparing the final report. Five(5)copies of the draft final report <br /> will be sent to the OWNER seven (7) working days prior to Workshop No. <br /> 2. <br /> Task 404 Prepare and Submit Final Report. After incorporation of <br /> workshop comments and written comments from the OWNER, 10 copies of the <br /> final report, 10 copies of a separately bound Executive Summary, and 10 <br /> copies of the Spill Contingency Strategy will be submitted to the OWNER. <br /> Included will be unbound copies of the originals for use by the OWNER <br /> in reproducing additional copies. <br /> Task 405 Presentation to City Council . At the OWNER's option a <br /> presentation of the final report will be made to the OWNER Council . <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES <br /> Any Work requested by OWNER that is not included in each negotiated <br /> Scope of Services will be classified as Supplemental Services. These <br /> services may be added by amendment to this Agreement. <br /> A. Supplemental services shall include, but are not limited to: <br /> 1. Additional meetings with OWNER, State, or Federal agencies to <br /> discuss the project. <br /> 2. Appearances at public hearings, before special boards and at <br /> additional meetings with large customers. <br /> 3.
