��.r���q,�'�;'�� <br /> - �, �, a.��.,. <br /> .�..�,.:.:� a.�,_'� <br /> �t�•=�'�� � $ �a��� <br /> SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT NF'�Hg�RHO�D RENEWq� <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered this 20th day of�.�, 1998 by and between the City of <br /> Decatur, Illinois (herein called the "City") and Neighborhood Ho �. ing .�P pment <br /> C�oration (herein called the "Subrecipient"). <br /> WHEREAS, the Crrantee has applied for and received funds from the United States Government <br /> under Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974,Public Law 93-383; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage the Subrecipient to assist the City in utilizing such funds; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed between the parties hereto that; <br /> 1. SCOPE OF SERVICE <br /> A. 'vi <br /> The Subrecipient will be responsible for adminstering Fiscal Year 98-99 funds for the <br /> purpose of the Home Maintenance Workshop Program in a manner satisfactory to the <br /> City and consistent with any standards required as a condition of the funds. <br /> Program Delivery <br /> Activity: <br /> The grant funds will provide for the administration of the program. <br /> General Administration <br /> B. Levels of Accom�li men <br /> In addition to the normal administrative services required as part of this Agreement, the <br /> Subrecipient agrees to provide the following levels of program services: <br /> Act.� �ui#�per Month Tota1 Units <br /> 5 to 10 Training One 25 persons per session <br /> Sessions (125-250) <br />
