Assuming we receive notice by approximately September 8, we will be able to <br /> complete this project by Apri18, 1998. If the 30 day wellfield pumping test is included, an <br /> additional6 weeks will be required to complete the project. The proposed project <br /> schedule is as follows: <br /> Task 1, Data Review: Two Weeks <br /> Task 2, Evaluate Condition of Wells: Five weeks. <br /> Task 3 Pumping Tests and Analysis: Eight weeks. <br /> Tasks 4, 5, and 6, Construct Model, Determine Wellfield Operating <br /> Schedules, Evaluate Impact to Aquifer: Ten Weeks. <br /> Task 7, Optional 30 Day Wellfield Test: Six weeks <br /> Task 8, Optional Staff Training: One Week(Concurrent with Task 9) <br /> Task 9,Report: Four weeks. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS <br /> We accept all the terms and conditions described in the RFP with the clarification that we <br /> will not be responsible for mechanical failure of the City's equipment and that we reserve <br /> the right to add the cost(plus 15%)of a private security company to patrol the wellfields if <br /> deemed necessary by either party to protect the wells and equipment. <br />
