the event that Contractor determines that any of his tow truck drivers have been convicted of a <br /> violent or forcible felony within the previous five years, Contractor agrees to except such driver <br /> from those responding to City of Decatur tows. <br /> 28. This agreement shall continue in full force and effect from July 17, 1997 through and <br /> including July 16, 1999. This contract may be renewed for an additional twelve months if agreed <br /> to in writing by both parties at least thirty days prior to termination of the first year contract. The <br /> contractual obligation of the City under this contract is contingent upon the availability of <br /> appropriated funds from which payment for this contract can be made. <br /> 29.
