26. Meetings were held between members of the Police Department, Vehicle Maintenance <br /> Division, the Purchasing Office of the City of Decatur, counsel for the City of Decatur, the zoning <br /> Office of the City of Decatur, counsel for the Contractor and Contractor. Pursuant to such <br /> meeting it was agreed as follows: <br /> A. Adequate fencing exists at the current location (2710 N. Woodford Street) of <br /> Contractor. The Zoning Department of the City of Decatur agrees to accept the movable fencing <br /> in the rear portion of Contractor's premises so as the remainder of the property continues to be <br /> surrounded by fencing which meets M-2 zoning requirements, and such location continues to be <br /> used as a storage/junking facility for automobiles. City understands that such movable fencing is <br /> to allow Contractor to expand its facilities in the event more room is necessary to conduct its <br /> business. <br /> B. A walk through by the Police Department was successfully completed and <br /> Contractor's storage lot and evidence storage facilities adequately comply with the needs of the <br /> City. <br /> C. Contractor shall provide to the City, at the times agreed to by the parties with <br /> at least 24 hours notice to Contractor, 4 wreckers and 4 drivers for the "Street for Storage" <br /> system currently in use by the City. Both parties agree to reasonably conform the requirements of <br /> this portion of the agreement to achieve a workable, agreeable system for both parties. <br /> 27. Contractor currently has in place a procedure wherein the State Police Department of <br /> the State of Illinois approves a current list of employees/tow truck drivers for the State Police <br /> tows. Contractor agrees that any person to whom the State Police have excepted from the list of <br /> allowed tow truck drivers, shall also be excepted from the City tow truck driving list.
