3. Public education. The ISWS will assist the City of Decatur in public education by <br /> presenting the results of the data collection efforts at public and community meetings throughout <br /> the watershed. <br /> 4. Proposal development. The ISWS will cooperate with the City of Decatur in <br /> developing prepesals to state and federal agencies for implementing long-term management <br /> practices that could reduce nitrate levels in the Lake Decatur watershed. <br /> 5. Prepare a final report. The final report will include summaries of the �fth year data <br /> collection and the compazative analysis of all five yeazs of data. The report shall contain <br /> discussions of the results of precipitation records, streamflow, nitrate concentrations, and nitrate <br /> loading for the eight stations listed in table 1 during the study period. <br /> DELIVERABLES <br /> The main deliverable to the city will be the final report that summarizes the results of the <br /> study. A draft report will be delivered to the City of Decatur for their review no later than six <br /> weeks after the close of the data collection period, with the final draft to be delivered no later <br /> than 3 months after the close of the collection period. <br /> 4 <br />
