First year plan is far � <br /> largemouth bass. <br /> Fill pond with water. <br /> Stock feeder fathead minnow brood (May). <br /> Stock largemouth bass fry (June). <br /> Drain pond and release fish to Lake Decatur (August - September depending on fish growth). <br /> Labor, E�ui�ment and Materials <br /> Several local fishing and conservation clubs, individuals and corporations have provided verbal <br /> commitment for most of the necessary labor, equipment and materials to construct and maintain <br /> the pond. IDNR has provided written documentation (attached) that it will provide the sportfish <br /> to raise in the pond. The City's Lake Management Division and Decatur Park District have also <br /> confirmed that they will be able to provide limited assistance. These organizations and <br /> individuals, along with the Decatur Angler's Association, are ready to proceed soon after <br /> obtaining City approval. <br />
