R97-41 <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL AND AUTHORIZING <br /> THE EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT <br /> NORTH WATER TREATMENT PLANT <br /> REHABILITATION OR REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 9644 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City desires engineering design services for City Project 9644, <br /> North Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation or Replacement Project. <br /> Section 2. That the agreement for engineering services with the firm of Black & <br /> Veatch, be accepted. <br /> Section 3.
