� � ii . Present and discuss the approach which appears to <br /> • , best meet the City's objectives and reach a <br /> consensus on the best alternative. <br /> iii . Resolve any issues which surface during the <br /> discussion. <br /> iv. Decide if it is appropriate to proceed with the <br /> draft report. <br /> 2. In addition to the workshops, participate in up to two <br /> informal meetings with City to review progress and exchange <br /> ideas and information. <br /> K. Draft Report <br /> 1. Prepare and submit ten copies to City for review and comnent <br /> by City and IEPA. City will authorize copies of submittal to <br /> IEPA. The report shall recommend a course of action City <br /> should pursue and will : <br /> a. Summarize the data and information used to make the <br /> recommendation including photographs when necessary to <br /> adequately define an existing condition to be improved. <br /> b. Summarize the recommendation process using tlefined <br /> qualitative and quantitative measures. <br /> c. Summarize various expansion options and the respective <br /> costs for the phased expansion of plant treatment <br /> capability as opposed to constructing a new plant to <br /> meet the minimum recommended treatment capability. <br /> d. Provide, as necessary, plant and site layout schematics <br /> to use in determining land requirements and general <br /> utilization of real property. , <br /> e.
