� Attachement B <br /> Section 4 <br /> Time Schedule and Fees <br /> 4.1 Time Schedule <br /> EES is prepared to commence work on this project given approval from the City. <br /> EES has found that a rate study of this complexity generally requires 12 to 16 <br /> weeks to complete. Should the City have a specific date or time schedule in mind, <br /> EES will attempt to work to meet the City's needs. <br /> EES makes every effort to meet the client's project time schedule.
