That the Consulting Services Agreement presented to the Council herewith <br /> between the City of Decatur and Environmental Planning and Economics, Inc. regarding a <br /> Feasibility Study of the Lake Decatur Watershed Management Alternatives be, and the same is <br /> hereby, received, placed on file and approved. <br /> Section 2.
