8. Public information strategy- continued: <br /> b. Prepare up to three fact sheets for distribution to the public. <br /> c. Prepaze news releases suitable for publication in newslet�ers distributed by <br /> stakeholder organizations. <br /> d. Conduct briefings for agricultural news media. It is expected that such briefings <br /> will be held prior to each round of public meetings and that the assistance of the <br /> Soil and Water Conservation Districts and other appropriate organizations will be <br /> sought for arranging and conducting the briefings. <br /> e. Plan, publicize and conduct two rounds of facilitated public meetings expected to <br /> include three meetings in each round, one round to follow alternative screening <br /> and one round to follow alternative analysis and preliminary evaluation. The <br /> project budget includes printing and postage costs for meetings and handouts. <br /> Based on the expectation that adequate space will be made available by County <br /> agencies or Farm Bureaus at no cost, the budget does not include room rental. <br /> f.
