Prepare narrative and graphic descriptions of the recommended management plan <br /> including, for example, preliminary siting, layouts and cost estimates of <br /> recommended mitigation projects; a description of recommended programs, <br /> activities and funding sources for promotion of best management practices; lists <br /> of actions to be taken by individuals, organizations or agencies other than the City <br /> of Decatur; and an implementation schedule. <br /> b. DELIVERABLE: Prepare draft report and submit 10 copies to City for review. <br /> c. MEETING: If requested, attend and participate in a workshop (arranged by <br /> others) for review of the report by the Technical Advisory Committee previously <br /> convened by the Illinois State Water Survey. <br /> 7. Final report: <br /> a. DELNERABLE: Prepare final report reflecting response to review comments <br /> and submit to the City 30 complete copies, one unbound original, and computer <br /> document files on 3.5" diskette in accordance with City software specifications <br /> (Microsoft DOS release 6.2, Microsoft Windows release 3.1, Lotus Amipro <br /> release 3.0, and Lotus 1-2-3 release 4 compatible). <br /> b. MEETING: Upon request, present report at a meeting of the City Council. <br /> 8. Public information strategy: <br /> a. Throughout the project, arrange and attend informal meetings or contacts with <br /> stakeholder groups including but not limited to the Lake Decatur Watershed <br /> Committee as appropriate and with concurrence of the City. <br /> A-4 <br />
