2.4 Implementation measures and funding options: �', <br /> a. Compile and review previously identified implementation measures and <br /> funding options. <br /> b. Identify additional implementation measures and funding options. <br /> c. MEETING: Meet with City staff to discuss alternatives. Note: This is <br /> expected to be the same meeting as described in Subtask 2.1.e. <br /> Note: The "do nothing" and "maintain current programs" alternatives will be included in <br /> the identification of alternatives in this Task and the analysis of alternatives in Task 4. <br /> 3. Screen alternatives: <br /> a. In consultation with City staff, develop screening criteria. <br /> b. Apply criteria to alternatives identified in Task 2. <br /> c. MEETING: Meet with City staff to review results of screening process. <br /> d. DELIVERABLE: Prepaze slides and handouts showing results of Tasks 2 and 3 <br /> for use in first round of public meetings. Submit for City review prior to <br /> meetings. <br /> e. Following first round of public meetings, revise selection of alternatives for <br /> detailed analysis as appropriate. <br /> 4. Analyze alternatives: <br /> 4.1 Model nitrate concentrations and sedimentation: <br /> a. Restore backed up AGNPS model files and prepaze model for additional <br /> simulation runs. <br /> b. Translate alternative management strategies into AGNPS model input <br /> files. <br /> c. Perform model simulations for nitrates and sediment. <br /> d. Prepare output display formats. Summarize nitrate and sediment analyses <br /> and rankings both collectively and separately in case watershed <br /> management is deemed best for only one of these parameters or is <br /> undertaken in the future as a stand-alone project. <br /> e. Prepare interpretation of model results <br /> f. Use EPIC model as appropriate to develop illustrations of expected crop <br /> yield and water quality impacts under alternative management scenarios <br /> A-2 <br />
