That the City desires to have additional inquiries of regulatory agencies to <br /> obtain more detailed information regarding the possible use by the City of the Lake Shelbyville <br /> water. <br /> Section 2. That the ageement for engineering services with the firm of HARZA, be <br /> amended to include these additional engineering services. <br /> Section 3.
