. . <br /> . � <br /> City of Decatur Mobile Data System <br /> 4.0 Customer Responsibilities <br /> 4.1 ��stem En 'n,gi eering <br /> 4.1.1 Provide a spreadsheet with the existing application message size and frequency to <br /> DATARADIO for DBA evaluation.Each function must have its requirement for <br /> inbound and outbound character sizes.The frequency of each message type per <br /> � hour must also be included. <br /> 4.2 Base Site Installations <br /> 4.2.1 Provide space at the proposed tower site for the DAT�D�o equipment. <br /> 4.2.2 Provide access to the tower site for DA'r�D�o and installation personnel. <br /> 4.2.3 Provide a connection to the existing transmit and receive antenna network. <br /> 4.2.4 Provide permanent type 110 VAC outlets for all DATA�.D�o-supplied equipment. <br /> 4.2.5 Provide adequate heating ventilation air conditioning(HVAC)environment for <br /> DA'rAx�,��o equipment.The environmental specifications for the BDLC are:-30 C to <br /> +60 C;storage-40 C to 70 C. <br /> 4.2.6 Provide base station diagnostic interfaces and four-wire audio connections for the <br /> leased-line modems at the tower site.See section 4.4.1 for details about this link. <br /> 4.2.7 Provide a valid FCC license for the data channel at the site. <br /> 4.3 Mobile Installations <br /> 4.3.1 Provide Customer vehicles in a timely manner for equipment installation. <br /> 4.3.2 Specify a mounting location for all DA't.�D�o hardware for each type of Customer <br /> vehicle. <br /> 4.4 Host Site Installations <br /> 4.4.1 Provide all necessary hazdware for a remote data link from the application switch <br /> , at the Customer Dispatch Center to the BDLC at the tower site.The data link <br /> should have the characteristics of an analog Be113002-type circuit.The data link <br /> should also use a microwave channel or dedicated leased-line circuit as opposed to <br /> a radio link.
