� i ... . , � � � - ;�, 3 <br /> WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT <br /> For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out herein, it is agreed by . <br /> and be�wcen the Owner(s) of the premises descn�bed at paragraph 8 hereo� and which person or <br /> persons are signatory hereto, ("Owner"), and THE CITY OF DECATtJR, ILLINOIS, ("City"), as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installatioq operation and use of the water <br /> service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, <br /> ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and the provisions of this Agreement, and Owner agrees <br /> to comply therewith. <br /> ' 2. After completion of the constiuction of a water main by the City in the street or <br /> roadway adjacent to the premises descn�ed herein, and upon obtaining a tapping permit in the <br /> customary manner followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap <br /> said water main of City and connect a water service thereto to furnish service only to the church <br /> and other buildings associated therewith located on said premises. <br /> 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a licensed plumber. <br /> 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for purposes, and only upon the <br /> premises, described herein. <br /> 5. The owner of the premises described herein shall annex the same to the City prior to , <br /> - the approval by the City of any subdivision plat for said premises. <br /> 6. This Agreement shall ternunate upon the failure by Ovmer to comply with any <br /> provisions hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, ordinances, rules or regulations, <br /> or upon the annexation of said premises to the City, and may be tern�inated by either party upon <br /> six (6) months notice by certified mail to the City or to EY�'ST pARR� �g/7zST�h��'G`f, if to the <br /> Ovmer. <br /> 7. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of said premises as well as the current <br /> owner and occupant thereof and to said end shall be binding upon and inure to the benefits of said <br /> ovmer and its successors in dtle. <br /> 8.
