� i ... . , � � � - ;�, 3 WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT For and in consideration of the undertakings and covenants set out herein, it is agreed by . and be�wcen the Owner(s) of the premises descn�bed at paragraph 8 hereo� and which person or persons are signatory hereto, ("Owner"), and THE CITY OF DECATtJR, ILLINOIS, ("City"), as follows: 1. The provisions of this Agreement, and the installatioq operation and use of the water service authorized hereby, are expressly made subject to all applicable provisions of codes, ordinances, rules and regulations of City, and the provisions of this Agreement, and Owner agrees to comply therewith. ' 2. After completion of the constiuction of a water main by the City in the street or roadway adjacent to the premises descn�ed herein, and upon obtaining a tapping permit in the customary manner followed by the City for premises within its corporate limits, Owner may tap said water main of City and connect a water service thereto to furnish service only to the church and other buildings associated therewith located on said premises. 3. Said tap, connection and service shall be made and installed by a licensed plumber. 4. The water furnished by City shall only be used for purposes, and only upon the premises, described herein. 5. The owner of the premises described herein shall annex the same to the City prior to , - the approval by the City of any subdivision plat for said premises. 6. This Agreement shall ternunate upon the failure by Ovmer to comply with any provisions hereof or with any applicable provision of City Code, ordinances, rules or regulations, or upon the annexation of said premises to the City, and may be tern�inated by either party upon six (6) months notice by certified mail to the City or to EY�'ST pARR� �g/7zST�h��'G`f, if to the Ovmer. 7. This Agreement is intended for the benefit of said premises as well as the current owner and occupant thereof and to said end shall be binding upon and inure to the benefits of said ovmer and its successors in dtle. 8. The premises referred to herein, and to which the terms, conditions and provisions of this Agreement apply, are legally described as follows: The Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 29. Township 16 North, Range 3 East,Macon County, Illinois.
