Staff recommends that the City Council approve the attached resolution awarding the <br /> contract for the NWTP - Replacement of Condensing Units, City Project 9640, to Henson <br /> Robinson Company as the lowest responsible bidder in the amount of $15,247.00 and that the <br /> Mayor be authorized to execute the contract. <br /> City staff will be in attendance at the City Council meeting to answer any questions that the <br /> Council may have about this project. <br /> cc: Ed Milanski, Bainbridge, Gee, Milanski& Associates <br />
