Page 6. Keep Illinois Beautiful Grant Agreement. <br /> c. Dru� Free Workplace. In the event that the Grant Award is in the amount of$5,000 <br /> or more, Grantee shall provide a drug free workplace within the meaning of the <br /> Drug Free Workplace Act (30 ILCS 580/1 et seq. (1991)), and comply with all <br /> applicable provisions of said Act. <br /> d. Illegal bribecy or bidding activities. Grantee is not barred from being awarded a <br /> contract or subcontract under Section 10.1 of the Illinois Purchasing Act (30 ILCS <br /> 505/10.1 (1992)), and has not been barred from bidding on or receiving State <br /> contracts as a result of illegal bid rigging or bid rotating as defined in the Criminal <br /> Code of 1961 (720 ILCS 5/33E-3 and 5/33E-4 (1992)). <br /> e. Executive Order 12549. Grantee certifies that it is not debarred, suspended or <br /> otherwise excluded from or ineligible for participation in federal assistance programs <br /> under federal Executive Order 12549, "Debarment and Suspension." <br /> f. Human Ri htg, s Act. Grantee is in compliance with all applicable provisions of the <br /> Illinois Human Rights Act (775 ILCS 5/1-101 et seq. (1992)). <br /> g. Payment of dues. Grantee does not pay dues on behalf of its employees or agents, <br /> or reimburse or otherwise subsidize them for payment of dues or fees, to any club <br /> which unlawfully discriminates. <br /> h. Signature authority. The undersigned understands the provisions of this Grant <br /> Agreement and is duly authorized to sign it on behalf of the Grantee. <br /> ?. Grantee represents and warrants as follows: <br /> a. Eli ibility for Grant. Grantee is a "municipality," within the meaning of Section 1-1- <br /> 2 ofthe Illinois Municipal Code (65 II,CS 5/1-1-2 (1992)), or a county government <br /> eligible to apply for and receive funds under the Act. <br /> b. Interests in Subcontracts. No natural person who is an officer, agent or employee of <br /> Grantee, no member of its governing body, nor any other public official of the <br /> locality in which any Program Activities will be carried out who exercises any <br /> functions or responsibilities in the review or approval of the performance or <br /> accomplishment of Program Activities, and no member of any such person's <br /> immediate family nor any corporation, partnership nor association in interest, has or <br /> shall (a) have any financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract entered into in <br /> connection with Program Activities except as heretofore disclosed to the LTG in <br /> writing, or (b) participate in any decision relating to any such contract which could <br /> potentially benefit his or her personal interest, the interest of any member of his or <br />
