( ` � 5 ^�� <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PROPOSAL AND <br /> AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A CONTRACT <br /> LOWER BROADWAY SEWER REHABILITATION PROJECT <br /> CITY PROJECT 9519 <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DECATUR, ILLINOIS: <br /> Section 1. That the City has requested proposals for engineering services for City Project <br /> 9519, Lower Broadway Sewer Rehabilitation Project. <br /> Section 2. That the proposal of Bainbridge - Gee - Milanski & Associates, Inc., be <br /> accepted and a contract awarded accordingly. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed <br /> to execute a contract between the City of Decatur, Illinois, and Bainbridge - Gee - Milanski & <br /> Associates, Inc., for engineering services for their proposed price of$57,700.00. <br /> PRESENTED and ADOPTED this 16th day of October, 1995. <br /> �__ <br /> � ,� <br /> ERRY .
